### Professional career

- Governor Josh Stein appointed Henderson in April 2025 to fill a vacancy on the Cumberland County District Court bench created when Judge Stephen Stokes was moved to the Superior Court
- Practice: previously in private practice in Fayetteville through The Henderson Firm
