- Senior Chief Deputy District Attorney for the 18th Judicial District (since 2020), with prior roles as Chief Deputy, Senior Deputy, and Deputy DA (2004–2020), plus law clerkship for Judge Frank Plaut (2003–2004)
- Also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law (since 2018)

- District Court Judge for Division 5 in Douglas County, Colorado, presiding over both civil and criminal cases
