### Professional career

- Criminal judge in the Superior Court of New Jersey, serving in the Bergen Vicinage, appointed by former Governor Chris Christie in 2017
- Separate from his judicial role, Vincent Joseph Militello is also registered as an attorney in New York State (admitted 1998, Seton Hall University) and associated with the Bergen County Justice Center.
