- Before becoming a judge, Randolph had over 25 years as an assistant prosecuting attorney in Clinton and Highland counties, with a focus on juvenile court, civil, tax, and felony cases.
- He also held the role of legal director for the Clinton County Department of Job and Family Services for the last decade
