- Retired judge of the Ohio Fourth District Court of Appeals, serving from February 10, 1989, to February 9, 2019
- In 2018, he also held the role of a visiting judge on the Ohio Supreme Court when Justice Mary DeGenaro recused herself in Pelletier v
- Before joining the appellate court, Harsha was Pickaway County prosecuting attorney and a partner at the law firm Bowers and Harsha in Circleville.
