### Professional career

- Began his service as a trial judge in Lycoming County on August 5, 2022, following his appointment by Governor Tom Wolf, and was subsequently elected to continue his service

- Carlucci has been recognized for his judicial excellence, receiving the 2025 Civil Litigation Section Professional Excellence Award from the Pennsylvania Bar Association for his professionalism, ethical standards, and contributions to the administration of law
- He has received the LLA Equal Access to Justice Award (2005) and the William E. Nichols Community Service Award (2013) for his contributions to the community and pro bono legal service
- He also held the role of past president of the Lycoming Law Association and held leadership roles in the Pennsylvania Bar Association, including serving as its president from 2005 to 2006
- He currently holds office in the 29th Judicial District of Pennsylvania, which encompasses Lycoming County.
- Beyond his legal career, Carlucci has been active in community service.
- He has held the role of past president of the Kiwanis Club of Loyalsock Township, lieutenant governor of Kiwanis, and life member and past president of Loyalsock Volunteer Fire Co.
