### Education

- William R. Ashe has been a member of the Georgia State Bar since 1988, earning his B.A. from West Georgia College in 1983 and his J.D. from John Marshall Law School.

### Additional information

- handling criminal and family law cases, and later held the role of municipal court judge in Monroe, GA (2000–2004).
- Before entering law, he worked in psychology counseling adolescents and adults.
- Began his legal career in Walton County, GA
- As of the latest reports, the criminal case against Ashe has been closed, and he remains active in his legal practice.
- Currently Judge Pro Tempore in St. Mary’s Municipal Court and practices in Woodbine, GA, in areas including family law, criminal law, bankruptcy, probate, and general litigation
- Former Camden County, Georgia magistrate judge and attorney, recently arrested in a Georgia Bureau of Investigation case, but his felony burglary charge was later dismissed for lack of probable cause
