### Professional career

- William C. Soukas is an appointed judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, serving in Vicinage 2 (Bergen County) since July 2023, with assignments in the Civil Division and as a Complex Business Litigation Program judge
- In September 2024, he became Bergen County’s designated Complex Business Litigation Program judge
- The New Jersey Courts’ official judge directory lists him under the Superior Court, Vicinage 2
- He also held the role of a zoning board attorney, municipal public defender, municipal labor counsel, and counsel to school districts and health boards
