What to submit

Provide the page URL, a category, the claimed issue, and an explanation. A supporting source URL, your name, and reply contact are optional. The form opens a draft in your email application; review it before sending.

Urgent private concerns

For a residential address, personal contact detail, family detail, sealed material, safety risk, or similarly sensitive issue, select Urgent privacy or safety concern. The email subject will be marked “URGENT PRIVATE.” Include only the minimum information needed to find and assess the record. If email is unsafe for your situation, first send a minimal request asking for an alternative channel.

How review works

We may compare the page with current and historical official sources, preserve the request and decision for audit purposes, and ask for clarification or evidence. We do not promise a response or resolution within a fixed time, and submission does not guarantee deletion or a particular result.

Accurate historical public records may remain when relevant to appointment or service history, even if a person is no longer in the role. Depending on the evidence and applicable law, the appropriate outcome may be a correction, source update, status change, context note, restriction, or removal.
