Possible access models

KnowJudges may license bulk exports, API access, MCP access, research datasets, commercial integrations, or custom source-linked analysis. Availability is assessed case by case; this page is not an offer at a stated price and does not promise that every field can be licensed.

What a request should cover

• the organization and intended use;
• fields, jurisdictions, courts, dates, and approximate record volume;
• delivery method, update frequency, and retention period;
• whether output will be public, redistributed, used in a product, or used for model training;
• security, privacy, correction, deletion, and provenance requirements; and
• a technical and contracting contact.

Rights and safeguards

Any licence can cover only rights and access that KnowJudges is able to grant. Public facts and third-party source materials may carry independent rights or restrictions and may need to be excluded, linked, or separately licensed. Agreements may include field-level provenance, permitted-use controls, update and correction handling, attribution, security, auditability, and restrictions on reidentification, harassment, consequential decisions, and redistribution.
