Orange County lists Department C27 as participating in its Electronic Evidence Portal. Counsel should consult the applicable civil-unlimited protocol and the department's current procedures before uploading or presenting exhibits.

The Court has implemented a portal for the submission of electronic evidence in selected courtrooms. The participating courtrooms are listed below.

A party offering an electronic sound or sound-and-video recording must provide the court and opposing parties a transcript and provide opposing parties a duplicate of the recording.
