• Senior Judge of the Georgia Court of Appeals, appointed in 2023 after a distinguished career on the Northeastern Judicial Circuit Superior Court bench
• Chief Judge: held the role of Chief Superior Court Judge from 1998 to 2018
• Superior Court Judge: Appointed by then‐Governor Zell Miller in 1993 to the Northeastern Judicial Circuit Superior Court
• His role is as a Senior Judge on the Court of Appeals, providing judicial services in appellate cases
