Martin R. Celis

Martin R. Celis was appointed as an immigration judge to begin hearing cases in June 2026. From April 2012 to September 2014, he served as a customs and border protection officer at CBP, DHS, in El Paso, Texas. Judge Celis is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
