Judge Sachs requires a joint exhibit list using the court template, numerical premarking, and Bates numbering for multi-page exhibits.

All exhibits must be pre-marked in numerical order and Bates stamped if more than one page.

Represented parties filing electronic exhibits must bookmark the first page of each exhibit and label each bookmark with the exhibit number or letter and a short description.
