Professional career
- Prior to her 2017 appointment Judge Torres H. served as a Senior Assistant Attorney General in the Oregon Department of Justice.
- Judge Torres H. was appointed to the Multnomah County Circuit Court by former Governor Kate Brown in 2017 and has spent the last eight years hearing domestic relations trials, probate matters and juvenile cases.
